Bio

Douglas has been an ocassional volunter with HOT since 2012: making use of the HOT Tasking manager, and taking part in disaster mapping activations. He got further involved with HOT in Uganda with the mapping financial inclusion project. He is active in Open source and Open Data activites and is steadily gaining momentum, with HOT activities.
